Questions we're often asked
Are your dry fruits organic?
We choose for quality and authenticity first. Where a grower is certified organic, we say so on the jar. Everything we sell is natural, with nothing added beyond a little salt on the roasted nuts.
How long do they stay fresh?
Up to four months from packing when kept closed in a cool, dry place. The packing date is under each jar.
Can I send a box directly to someone?
Yes. Share their address when you enquire, and tell us what to write on the note card. Prices are never included in the box.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We're starting with deliveries across India and will announce international shipping on Instagram.
How long do the candles burn?
About 35 hours for the 180g tumbler and 40 hours for the 200g vessel. Let the wax melt to the edge on the first light, trim the wick to 5mm, and burn for no more than 4 hours at a time.
Can I choose different jars for my box?
For gifting orders of 50 boxes or more, we can build a bespoke assortment. Write to us with what you have in mind.
